BIBLE PASSAGE - Matthew 4.1-11
Now temptation is sometimes very hard to resist, especially if we're talking about the opposite sex! But temptation is more than this, there are loads of ways we can be tempted. There are lots of small and big things that can tempt us - whether it's taking a pen from school, or not working your full day at your job!
What ways can people be tempted? List as many as you can

Jesus was tested by Satan in 3 ways. What were they and how did Jesus respond?

Notice that the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the desert to be tempted. God was in control. God does not tempt us, nor can God be tempted. Read James 1.13 and see what it says there. (An Old Testament character who went through a testing time was Job. Read Job 1 to see how it all started) Also note that Jesus knew his Bible and used it as a weapon!
Jesus was tempted when he was hungry, think about times when you are most likely to be tempted. Ask God for help and protection.
